Session Fees
My current session fee is:
$155 (including GST) for a 75 minute individual private session
NDIS clients accepted and charged at the NDIS Individual counselling rate of $156.16 per hour
Payments
Payment is due on the day of consultation, I accept both Visa and Mastercard credit / debit card (all card transactions are processed securely on Stripe, no details are stored on the website and I cannot see them). Payment is deducted automatically at the time of your appointment. In some cases I also accept direct bank transfer.
Please note: Counselling fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, notice must be given within business hours at least 48 hours before your appointment to not incur a fee.
Late Cancellation Fees
If you or someone on behalf of you cancels within 48 hours (business days) of your upcoming appointment, full fees will be charged.
